This project began before the full-scale invasion and continued after. It was difficult to return to advertising and sales because real estate seemed to be the last thing that worries people now. But we have developed creative ads that were able to interest Ukrainians from different cities with favorable proposals for investing in the west of the country, and locals with renting offices in the densely populated area of the city! How exactly? Read below.

The uniqueness of the project

When we returned to the project after the start of a full-scale invasion, we made advertising about actively visualizing ready-made offices where people already work. It gave people the hope that life and work continued, and told more about the quality and convenience of these offices. The highlight of this project was a huge number of spoken videos, which in practice proved the comfort and benefits of renting an office in this city area!

We succeeded in showing the benefits of location: IQ offices are near the city center, in a densely populated area, but there are no convenient offices.

The IQ developer creates very nice, comfortable places. It was easy to work together because when the main goal is to show the benefits, and there are plenty of them, the work becomes interesting and easy. We have chosen photos and videos of offices to interest potential customers. Emphasis on location, benefit, and consciousness!
